Following the successful launch of Cyber College Cymru this week by Kirsty Williams AM: Education Minister, 女优阁 is delighted to officially announce details of our exciting new digital BTEC course, the National Extended Diploma in Computing.
The BTEC National Extended Diploma in Computing is a brand new way of digital learning that offers learners the chance to embark on an employer-led, innovative course of digital study. The course comes with a significant amount of industry input alongside a fresh curriculum that has been developed in partnership with Cyber College Cymru as part of the Welsh Government鈥檚 Strategic Insight Programme.
We鈥檝e been working alongside our esteemed industry partners, , and , who have helped us shape the curriculum, and they will collectively contribute more than one thousand hours of support in the first year of the course (including mentoring, guest lectures, work placements and industry experience). For those of learners selected for Cyber College Cymru, this fantastic course of study will enable them to gain a highly respected and much sought-after qualification that is nationally recognised as the equivalent of three A Levels
