How can I register for an open event?
You can register by pressing the ‘Register now’ button on any of the events listed on our website. Our events can also be found on our .
Please note, family and friends visiting with you don鈥檛 need to register, so only register if you鈥檙e interested in studying with us. If you forget to register 鈥� don鈥檛 worry, you can still attend and register on the day.
What can I study where?
Not all campuses offer the same courses, so to avoid disappointment, check where you can study your chosen course and visit the relevant campus. If you鈥檙e unsure, you can filter by campus on our course search option on our website.

Are campuses accessible?
Yes, all our campuses are wheelchair friendly. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements and we鈥檒l do our best to accommodate.
Can I bring a friend or family with me?
Absolutely. Please note that family and friends visiting with you don鈥檛 need to register for the event.
Is there parking available?
We have free parking at Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone, Newport Campus, Usk Campus and our Crosskeys campus.
At Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone, we encourage visitors to use the free parking at Lime Avenue Multi-Storey Parking.
If you鈥檙e visiting our Torfaen Learning Zone, there are lots of parking options around Cwmbran town centre.
Accessing Usk Campus
If you鈥檙e visiting our Usk campus, you will need to park at our main reception 鈥� please use the car park behind reception. You can find it here:

We have two sites; the main site hosts our sport, classroom-based facilities and library.
Our second site hosts our Equine, Land-based and Animal Care courses. There will be a minibus shuttle transporting visitors to and from the main site to the Equine, Land-based and Animal Care site.
Can I cancel if I can no longer attend?
If you can no longer make the event, please cancel your registration through Eventbrite and book on to the next open event.
What if I'm running late?
Don鈥檛 worry. Your QR code will still be valid for the time slot that you have registered for.
